Ravi Ojha Productions’ light-hearted Sasural Genda Phool has been engaging the viewers since last two years. However, the road has come to an end for the daily.
As stated earlier, the show will breathe its last on 21 April 2012 and will bid a farewell to all its fans by airing a one hour special episode. So far the viewers have seen how Sanjana (Tapeshwari Sharma) and Deepak (Akshay Sethi) are facing trouble in their love life.
Sanjana’s father KK Bajpai (Mahesh Thakur) has turned down their wedding owing to Deepak being an illegitimate child. But as the show is coming to an end, things would get back on track. Going as per the current plot, the Kashyap family is going through some apprehensive moments after KK Bajpai called-off Deepak-Sanjana’s engagement. Because of KK’s decision, Deepak’s mom Radha Bua (Sadia Siddiqui) had to face a lot of humiliation.
Buzz has it that on the culminating episode, all the young members of the family, namely Suhana (Ragini Khanna), Ishaan (Jay Soni), Disha (Ridhima Tiwari), Ilesh (Shyam Mashalkar), Rajni (Bhairavi Raichura), and Inder will help Deepak and Sanjana to elope and get married. But Radha Bua will reach the temple and stop the proceedings. However, Bajpai will give up his obstinacy in the end and give his blessings to the two.
