Lava Xolo X900 Intel’s First Atom Based Smartphone

Indian smartphone manufacturing company Lava International recently launched a cell phone that is based on intel atom processor and the first in the world to bring such a revolutionary product. The lava xolo x900 was first announced at the Mobile World Congress in Spain in February and now Intel is planing to launch other such phones in partnership with Motorola, Lenovo and Orange later this year.

Now if we talk about this smartphone then this phone runs on android 2.3 gingerbread os which is also capable to support icecream sandwitch later and also features an Intel’s Atom processor Z2460 with Intel H Technology with a clock speed of 1.6 Ghz. As for now Intel says that this is the world’s fastest processor in any mobile device in the world. Apart from it this phone has a better graphics processor and also the browsing speed is very fast. Xolo X900 also supports HSPA+ and Intel’s XMM 6260 Platform.

Other features of Lava Xolo X900 smartphone includes a 4.03 inch LCD display and an 8 megapixel main camera. There’s also a vga front-facing camera for video chat. This phone also has features like Near Field Communication ( NFC), HDMI connectivity and HD video playback.

Finally if we come to the price segment then this lava xolo x900 is priced at 22000 which is bit expensive because other phone with this features are already present in the market with lesser price tag.
